Mark Tanner – Engineering and Design Director
Mark is in charge of ensuring the StablesOnline products are designed and manufactured to the highest standards.
Mark has over 20 years experience in designing and fabricating stables.
Mark is also a fully qualified blacksmith and is experienced in structural and ornimental steel and iron work.
When Mark isn’t building stables, you’ll find him in the sea. He is an avid surfer and lives in Northam with his wife, Sinead.
Jamie Tanner -– Fabrication Engineer
Jamie joined StablesOnline in 2013 as an experienced welder/fabricator.
Jamie is responsible for making stables across all our ranges, but specialises in our Premium Range.
Jamie is a keen surfer and lives in Appledore.
Mel Illman – Customer Service and Operations Manager
Mel is responsible for customer service and operations within all the Plus Retail Divisions.
Mel is responsible for sales, dispatch, manufacturing logistics, HR, purchasing and general office management! She is therefore quite busy!!
Harry Sibcy – Head of Legacy Planning!
Harry has made a real impact since joining Plus Retail Ltd in 2011.
He is very good at keeping the Managing Director on his toes and has already created a road map for the transition of control to him in 20 years time!
Harry runs Bude Farm with skill beyond his years and is very strict with his four legged friends Spritzer (dog), Charles (pig), Camila (pig), Alfie, Tikka, Betty Boo, LuLu and Sandy (cats)!
Oliver Sibcy – Head of Tiny Transport and Logistics
Oliver is the latest family addition at Plus Retail. He joined us in 2013 and can regularly be seen fighting for control with the ‘Head of Legacy Planning’!
His obsession with Tractors, Diggers and Lorries has made him an excellent choice for Transport Logistics.
Shouna Sibcy – H.R. and Purchasing Director
Shouna has recently returned to work part-time after the birth of the Head of Legacy Planning below!
Shouna is a joint shareholder, company secretary and responsible for H.R. and Purchasing.
Shouna has a real passion for horses and enjoys eventing her main horse Rio. Shouna also runs a small livery yard at Bude Farm Equestrian.
Jim Sibcy – Managing Director
Jim set up Plus Retail Ltd to merge a number of equestrian manufacturing and retail companies that now form the 4 divisions.
Before this, Jim spent 8 years in London in commercial and managing director roles within the TV Production and Satellite TV Channel sector.
On moving to Devon in 2007, he initially launched and developed the JumpsOnline business before starting the other divisions to offer a unique and comprehensive range of products to a loyal and growing customer base.
Jim is very hands on with the StableOnline Division and enjoys leading the stable projects from initial sales to manufacture and then to installation
Steve Sims – Web & SEO
Steve joined us in November 2016 to work on our websites. He is an experienced wordpress developer and lives in North Devon.
