Steel Frames

We use only the very best quality steel and manufacture the frames from 40mm & 50mm box sections. The frames are skilfully welded for maximum safety, and supplied galvanised as standard  to Iso 1461.

The standard upper half of the partitions/sides are fitted with square profile tubular grills with either 65mm, 85mm or 100mm gaps between the uprights. On the front sections we offer full top half grills or a fully boarded option with the same 65mm, 85mm or 100mm gaps between verticals.

The frames are secured to walls and floors using brackets which are provided. We supply thunder bolts for brick or concrete and coach bolts or screws for wood.

Stable Door Options

Our standard swinging doors are 4ft wide with a steel top rail to discourage crib biting.

They are extremely robust and are fitted with high quality hardware including shoot bolts and kick latches.

Our sliding doors use the best roller system available and offer a premium finish to any stable yard. Our unique latches offer a simple,     secure and maintenance free solution (as shown) 

We can also fit anti-weave frames and top half doors as an optional extra as shown below.

Doors are available separately for those needing them for existing wooden or block work stables.

Our standard fronts come in 10', 12' and 14' sections including a 4' door frame. The options are shown in the images at the bottom of this page. Some recent photo examples are shown with descriptions below.
